A: Yes, the customer has to pay a diagnostic fee that costs $49.00.

Q: Can we get price before you start repair service?

A: We can give you a clear estimate after we diagnosed the issue on you appliance unit. Price depends on cost of the replacement part that was failed.

Q: How do I know whether to fix my appliance or to replace it?

A: After we check your appliance, we will let you know right away, if it is not worth to repair, depending on age or poor condition of your appliance.
