Zachary arrived at our home within 2 hours of our phone call. He assessed what brand and model size stackable front load washer and vented dryer would fit into the existing laundry closet on the bedroom floor. Many of today’s models are larger than two decades ago. We were told that he could order the appliances, arrange for delivery plus removal of the old and installation of the new ones. Zachary suggested that before we committed to his price quote we check out prices and reviews of the appliances on-line. We took a couple of days to shop around on-line but found his price quote to be less than what we saw for the same model and brand at big box and appliance outlets. Zachary came the evening before the delivery date to disconnect the old machines. Next morning the delivery truck arrived within the expected time frame. The crew put protective covering over the floors, removed the old appliances and brought in the new ones. Zachary oversaw all of this and then he installed the new ones.
